3. Cutting-Edge Technology: Experience our AI-powered 3D body measurement scanning, requiring just 2 quick photos and ready in 3 minutes for precise sizing, regardless of your location.
Absolutely! Hand embroidery is our specialty. To customize your order, kindly provide us with the following details:

Custom gown standard production time: 4 months.
Rush: 3 months with additional fee.
Custom veil: 2-3 months.

- Pre-production Perfection: Prior to crafting your gown, we go above and beyond by sending you swatches of fabrics, colors, and even beadings or lace. This complimentary service for deposit-paying customers ensures complete transparency in material selection. For those in New York, our design studios offer the unique opportunity to handpick your fabrics in person.
- During production: Follow your gown's journey with behind-the-scenes progress photos and videos, witnessing its transformation from concept to creation.
- Financial Peace of Mind: Begin production with a 70% deposit, with the remainder due only after we share photos of the completed dress, just before shipping. Your satisfaction is not just promised; it's ensured.
As each dress is uniquely created based on your design and measurements, made-to-order dresses are non-refundable.
However, in the rare event of a product quality issue, we take full responsibility and are committed to finding solutions that meet your satisfaction. If your wedding dress displays a manufacturing fault, we will work closely with you to resolve the issue at our expense. To initiate this process, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your dress to report any such concerns. Your peace of mind and satisfaction are our top priorities.
Option 1:
For minor weight changes, please notify us of your updated measurements no later than 1 month from the production kickoff date. If adjustments are needed due to weight fluctuations, we offer the following alteration options at your own expense:
(1) Local Tailor: We provide guidance for alterations by your local tailor.
(2) In-Person Alterations at our Partnering Tailor in Upper East Side, Manhattan: Priced between $80-150, depending on the extent of additional work required, and typically completed within 2-3 weeks.
Option 2:
Alternatively, if you anticipate weight changes, we can delay taking your measurements until you've reached your desired weight. However, given our peak season demand and potential price adjustments due to inflation, we recommend securing your production slot by paying the deposit upfront. This ensures our availability and locks in the current pricing, accommodating your timeline effectively.
